Dear Church,

The Lord is continuing to guide us and things are moving steadily forward with our new build plans.

As you may know from recent updates, we resubmitted our updated planned development application to the City of Cincinnati at the beginning of October. We are excited to let you know that our application has been efficiently making its way through the 17 city departments involved in this process, and we have heard resoundingly positive feedback from a number of city officials who have seen our plans and architectural drawings.

Once the application has been approved by the 17 departments, our application will go before City Council. The soonest this would happen is January or February. Simultaneously, we will begin applying for building permits by March 1. The soonest we would expect these planned development and permit applications to be approved is May or June 2024. Neither moving to a transition location as a church, nor demolition and construction on our property, will begin before these steps are complete. Things may happen sooner, or take longer, as the Lord wills, but these are our best forecasts as of today.

Our transition team is continuing to foster our relationships with a handful of nearby locations so that in His timing, we will have a place to thrive as a church body while our new campus is being built.
